Rick Holmstrom is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the firm.

Prior to Menlo Equities, Rick was a Partner at The Shidler Group, where his primary responsibilities included asset and liability management of The Shidler Group’s 20 million square foot private property portfolio. Rick worked on the restructuring and recapitalization of The Shidler Group which included guiding and coordinating the initial public debt and equity offerings of TriNet Corporate Realty Trust (acquired by iStar Inc., NYSE: STAR) and First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE: FR).

Rick is a member of the Executive Committee of the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at UC Berkeley, a member of the Stanford Alumni Real Estate Council, and an advisory board member of the DAPER Investment Fund at Stanford. Other previous outside board experience includes serving on the board of MB Financial Bank (acquired by Fifth Third Bancorp, NYSE: FITB), as a member of the board of directors of Buena Vista Fund Management LLC , as a trustee of The Nueva School, as a member of the Stanford Live Advisory Board, as a trustee of the UC Berkeley Foundation, as a member of the Advisory Board of the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, as a director of the Stanford Alumni Association, as a founding director of the Consortium for International Development, and as a founding director of International Development Exchange.

Rick received his BA from Stanford University and his MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Kevin Kujawski is a Partner at Menlo Digital, where he leads the firm’s operations, capital markets activities, and strategic initiatives. Beginning in 2020, he co-led the launch and capitalization of the firm’s dedicated data center platform.

Kevin joined Menlo Equities, Menlo Digital’s parent company, in 2011 as Chief Financial Officer. He has been instrumental in expanding the firm through his efforts leading the formation of Menlo Equities’ open-ended, NNN leased core-plus fund and its institutional data center investment platform.

Kevin has more than 30 years of experience in real estate investment management and corporate finance. He previously held senior financial leadership roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, most recently as Chief Financial Officer for Starwood’s Global Development Group, where he helped advance the company’s efforts to expand its global footprint and brand portfolio. Earlier, Kevin was based in London, where he served as European Chief Financial Officer at Action Performance Companies, overseeing licensing partnerships with Formula One and premier, luxury European automotive brands.

Kevin holds a BS in Finance from Arizona State University and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is an active member of ULI, NAIOP, and PREA.

Christopher Chang is a Partner at Menlo Equities and oversees Menlo’s strategic initiatives, leads the firm's engagement with its limited partners, and spearheads capital raising strategy and execution.

Prior to joining Menlo in 2017, Christopher was in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs where he led the firm’s West Coast Real Estate investment banking business. Over the course of his investment banking career, Christopher advised private and publicly traded real estate companies in raising more than $20 billion of capital and on more than $30 billion of strategic M&A transactions. Christopher also held positions at JPMorgan Chase in New York, London and San Francisco in the Investment Bank Technology and Global Technology Infrastructure groups.

Christopher received his BS in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University and his MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia Business School where he earned Beta Gamma Sigma honors.

Michael Griffin is responsible for internal controls and leads all aspects of finance and accounting, including debt financings, treasury management, tax and financial reporting.

Prior to joining Menlo Equities, Michael was with Carmel Partners, where he was responsible for accounting and financial reporting for a series of real estate private equity funds. Previously, Michael was a manager in the San Francisco office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he worked in the Assurance and Business Advisory Group, specializing in serving real estate clients. Michael has broad experience in providing attestation services for commercial, retail, industrial, and multifamily real estate clients, and has extensive experience in accounting for operating and developing real estate assets, as well as joint ventures and partnerships. His clients included AMB Property Corporation (now Prologis), Stockbridge Real Estate Funds, and BlackRock Real Estate Investments.

Michael received a BSC in Accounting with a minor in Economics from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Public Accountant in California. His professional memberships include the California Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.

Chad Iverson joined Menlo Equities in 1999 and is responsible for the Southern California, Arizona and Minnesota operations of Menlo Equities, including property acquisitions, financings, asset management, and dispositions. Chad has directly sourced and closed more than 40 investments totaling over 6.5 million square feet and currently oversees more than 3 million square feet. His experience includes the development of 550,000 SF of Class A office space in southern California along with the repositioning and releasing of over 3 million SF of value-added office and R&D investments. Chad manages the Newport Beach and San Diego offices.

Prior to joining Menlo Equities, Chad was with AEW Capital Management in Los Angeles, where he was involved in analyzing, structuring and closing high-yield investments in real estate, equity securities and operating companies with an aggregate value exceeding $2 billion.

Chad graduated cum laude with a BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College, where he was a leading member of the nationally ranked debate program. He was previously a member of the Advisory Board of Streamload.com, an online digital media storage service, which was acquired by Nirvanix. Chad is currently a member of the advisory board for Mako Labs, a startup-phase on-line advertising, social media application and virtual reality game developer. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Michael Johnston is a Partner at Menlo Digital, responsible for investment sourcing, acquisitions, and asset management across the firm’s data center portfolio. In addition, he oversees activities around site selection, leasing, and capital allocation for the firm’s funds and investment accounts. Beginning in 2020, Michael also co-led the launch and capitalization of the firm’s dedicated data center platform.

Michael has been at Menlo Equities, Menlo Digital’s parent company, for over 18 years, where he has held roles in acquisitions, asset and portfolio management, and capital raising, including leading the firm’s data center investment activities. Over his career, he has overseen more than $5 billion of real estate transactions, the leasing of over 3 million square feet to leading corporations—including Akamai, Apple, HP Enterprise, Nvidia, and Palo Alto Networks—and the development of over 4 million square feet of technology real estate nationwide.

Michael holds a BA from Northwestern University, where he currently serves on its regional leadership council. He is active in ULI, NAIOP and PREA, where he is a member of ULI’s data center council and was previously President of the Silicon Valley Chapter of NAIOP and served on its National Board of Directors.

Max Sanford is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including acquisitions, asset management and debt financings for the Menlo Equities portfolio in the eastern United States and Texas. Most recently, Max has spearheaded the expansion of the firm into a number of new markets including Austin, Raleigh-Durham, Nashville and greater Washington, D.C. Since joining the company, Max has been involved in more than $2 billion in transaction volume including direct sourcing of more than $600 million in acquisitions.

Prior to joining Menlo Equities, Max worked for North Dam Mill, a development group focusing on historic rehabilitation projects. Max is a member of the NAIOP Forums and was a prior group head for the NAIOP Silicon Valley Developing Leaders group.

Max holds a BA in Economics and a BS in Mathematics from Claremont McKenna College.

Jane Vaughan is a Partner at Menlo Digital, where she leads the design and execution of the firm’s national data center platform. Her responsibilities include site planning, entitlements, power procurement, and project and construction management in key markets such as Northern Virginia, Silicon Valley, and Phoenix.

With over 25 years of experience in complex real estate development, she has played a pivotal role at Menlo Equities, Menlo Digital’s parent company, in delivering more than 10 million square feet of projects across the United States, including a landmark 1.65 million-square-foot technology campus in Santa Clara—now home to Palo Alto Networks’ global headquarters. Her background in structural engineering provides a strong technical foundation for leading high-performance infrastructure development in demanding markets.

Jane holds a BS in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University, an MS in Structural Engineering from the University of Maryland, and an MBA with honors from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

She is also deeply committed to community service. She currently serves on the board of LifeMoves, a Silicon Valley nonprofit that provides interim housing for those experiencing homelessness, previously chaired the board of Goodwill San Francisco, and assisted Sunnyvale Community Services with finding a home for their operations.

Caroline Eastman is involved in Menlo’s acquisition, asset management, disposition, and financing activities.

Prior to joining Menlo, Caroline worked at LaSalle Investment Management, where she focused on evaluating acquisition opportunities for the firm’s commingled funds and separate accounts. Caroline began her career in San Francisco on JLL’s Debt and Equity Advisory team, where she supported the execution of more than $1.2 billion in transaction volume.

Caroline graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration and minor in Real Estate Development.

Spencer Forrest is responsible for the analytics, performance management, and portfolio-level strategy of Menlo's investment platforms, working closely with Menlo's investment, asset management, investor relations, and finance teams to inform decision-making across the portfolio.

Prior to joining Menlo, Spencer worked on the investments team at WM Capital Partners, where he underwrote and managed real estate equity and debt acquisitions across over a dozen asset classes. He previously worked on the asset management team at Fortress Investment Group, managing commercial real estate investments spanning common equity, preferred equity, mezzanine debt, and senior/subordinate mortgages. Spencer began his career on the real estate valuation team at Deloitte Advisory, conducting property and portfolio-level valuations across multiple asset classes and markets.

Spencer holds a BBA in Real Estate Finance and a BS in Economics from Southern Methodist University.

Reed Fratt is involved in Menlo's underwriting and analysis of acquisitions, developments, and financings.

Prior to joining Menlo in 2021, Reed worked at Green Street as a Market Research Associate.

Reed received his BS in Environmental Science with concentrations in Business and Economics from Cornell University.

Ethan Lee is involved in Menlo’s acquisitions and asset management activities, contributing to the underwriting and analysis of investment, development, and financing opportunities.

Ethan holds a BA in Economics and French from the University of California, Berkeley.

Andrew Lodeesen is responsible for the development and repositioning of commercial real estate assets in the Central and Eastern US. In his role, he leverages his extensive expertise having participated in more than 350 real estate transactions and overseen the development of 3 million rentable square feet.

Prior to joining Menlo Equities, Andrew served as the Executive Vice President of Development at Capital Commercial Investments, where he led the repositioning strategy for an 11.8 million square foot office portfolio. He was also responsible for the redevelopment of the 291-acre former ExxonMobil headquarters in Irving, TX and the 100-acre former J.C. Penney campus in Plano, TX. Additionally, he served on the Board of Directors for the Las Colinas Association.

Andrew holds various degrees and accreditations representative of his multidisciplinary approach to real estate including a BS in Business Administration, an AS in Architectural Design, and a Real Estate Investment and Development accreditation from Rice University. He is also a Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED AP, and a Certified General Contractor.

Euan Luke supports the execution of Menlo’s investment activities across acquisitions, asset management, and debt financings.

Prior to joining Menlo’s Austin office in 2025, Euan was a Summer Analyst on Newmark’s Lodging Capital Markets team in New York City.

Euan graduated from Brown University with a BA with Honors in Political Science.

Charlie Neville is responsible for property acquisitions, financings, asset management, and dispositions at Menlo Equities, covering Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, and the Mountain Region.

Before joining Menlo Equities, Charlie was with The Roxborough Group, a San Francisco-based real estate private equity firm, where he focused on sourcing and managing real estate investments. He began his career at Eastdil Secured, working in both the Los Angeles and San Francisco offices.

Charlie holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California and serves on the board of NAIOP Silicon Valley.

Wiley helps shape Menlo’s capital investment strategy and is involved in its acquisition, asset management, disposition, and financing activities.

Prior to rejoining Menlo, Wiley was a vice president on Starwood Capital Group’s acquisitions team in New York. He previously spent two years with Menlo Equities in Menlo Park and began his career at Eastdil Secured in San Francisco.

Wiley graduated from Dartmouth College and holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Javier Perez is involved in Menlo's acquisitions, asset management, and debt financing activities with a primary focus on the firm's Eastern United States and Texas portfolio. Prior to joining Menlo in 2023, Javier worked for Karlin Real Estate where he focused on office, multifamily, lab, and mixed-use development in Central Texas. Javier began his career with Goldman Sachs' Merchant Banking Division, where he was involved in acquisitions and asset management for Goldman's real estate principal investing business.

Javier graduated cum laude from Cornell University with a BS in Applied Economics & Management.

Ben Wierschem is involved in Menlo Equities’ development and capital markets initiatives, including project management, capital planning, and execution of strategic development projects.

Prior to joining Menlo Equities, Ben worked in high-end residential architecture at Jobe Corral Architects and worked on data center and healthcare projects at Page. He also brings several years of experience in interior design, providing a multidisciplinary perspective on the built environment.

Ben received a Master of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Environmental Design from Auburn University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He is also a LEED Green Associate.

Catherine Joy helps drive Menlo's capital raising, marketing strategy, and investor communications.

Prior to joining Menlo in 2025, Catherine was a Senior Analyst on Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Banking team in San Francisco.

Catherine graduated from Santa Clara University with a BS in Economics.

Matthew McKenzie is responsible for capital formation across Menlo’s private wealth channel, with a focus on developing and expanding relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth investors, family offices, and registered investment advisors across the firm’s investment platforms.

Prior to joining Menlo in 2026, Matthew was Vice President, Investor Relations at Civitas Capital Group, a Dallas-based real estate and alternative investment manager, where he raised capital from private wealth investors across closed-end funds, open-end perpetual vehicles, and co-investments.

Matthew holds a BS in Economics and a BA in Public Policy from Southern Methodist University.

Courtney Myers oversees operations for the Investor Relations team.

Prior to joining Menlo Equities in 2026, she worked at Glynn Capital and was the Director of Compliance. There she was responsible for executing private transactions and overseeing Glynn's compliance program, ensuring the firm adheres to legal and regulatory obligations.

Courtney started her career working at Morgan Stanley in 2009 and received a BS from University of Utah, David Eccles School of Business with a major in Finance.

Kylene Tsai is involved in Menlo’s business development and investor relations activities, which includes capital raising, investor communications, and marketing initiatives.

Prior to joining Menlo, Kylene was a Senior Analyst at JLL on the Northern California Industrial Capital Markets team, where she supported institutional sales and advisory assignments for private equity and institutional investors.

Kylene earned a BS in Economics and BS in Urban Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.

Colin Albright performs an active role in Menlo’s strategic planning and analysis, with responsibilities that include financial planning and oversight of the General Partners, internal forecasting, and financial operations.

Colin brings 10 years of experience across financial functions at public companies. Prior to joining Menlo in 2023, Colin worked in corporate FP&A for Snowflake (NYSE: SNOW), where he directed strategic planning efforts and served as financial lead on new market entries. Previously, Colin advised on acquisitions and capital projects at Emerson, and developed strategies for hedging and capital structure at Equinix (NASDAQ: EQIX).

Colin received his MBA from the University of Virginia and BA in Economics from Chapman University. He was awarded a CFA charter in 2017.

Debra Briggs is involved in Menlo's financial management and accounting activities. Prior to joining Menlo in 2022, Debra spent over 30 years at Simeon Commercial Properties where she most recently served as Chief Financial Officer overseeing the accounting department.

Debra has a BA in Health Care Management from California State University, Chico and has taken graduate level courses at Golden State University in finance and accounting with ongoing CPE accredited courses.

Christian Casuga is involved in Menlo’s accounts payable activities. Prior to joining Menlo, Christian worked in accounts payable at Joseph J. Albanese Inc. and held payment and supplier maintenance roles at San Jose State University.

Christian obtained a BA in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from Seattle University.

Claire Huang is involved in Menlo's financial reporting and accounting activities. Prior to joining Menlo in 2025, she worked at FFL Partners as a Senior Fund Accountant. Claire was also previously employed by Carmel Partners as a Fund Accountant.

Claire holds a BS in Accounting from California State University, East Bay.

Jodi Johnson is involved in overseeing Menlo's accounts payable operations. Prior to joining Menlo in 2001, Jodi worked as an office manager at Master Institute and previously worked in accounts payable at other organizations.

Kayla Lee is involved in Menlo's financial reporting and accounting activities. Prior to joining Menlo in 2023, Kayla worked at De Anza Properties as a Senior Property Accountant. Before her time at De Anza, Kayla worked at CCA Accountancy Corporation as a Tax Accountant.

Kayla earned a MS in International Business from Joongang University in Seoul, Korea and is a Certified Public Accountant in California.

Maria Miranda is involved in Menlo's financial reporting and accounting activities. Prior to joining Menlo in 2023, Maria worked at the City of Milpitas as a Financial Analyst. Before the City of Milpitas, Maria worked in the accounting department for Robinson Oil Corporation and Cypress Semiconductor.

Maria holds a BS in Accounting from San Jose State University.

Karen Moffeit is involved in Menlo's financial reporting and accounting activities. Prior to joining Menlo in 2022, Karen worked in the manufacturing industry as an accounting manager. In years prior, Karen owned a manufacturing business which she ran for over 20 years.

Karen is a graduate of Stanford University with a BA in English and MA in Education.

Daniel Netzer is involved in Menlo's financial management and accounting activities. Prior to joining Menlo in 2026, he spent more than eight years with the Real Estate Group at Farallon Capital Management, where he served as Manager of Real Estate Accounting and Operations and was responsible for the accounting, operations, and financial reporting of four closed-end value-add real estate private equity funds. Daniel began his career at PwC in San Francisco.

Daniel earned a BA in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Anthony Pallone is involved in Menlo's financial reporting activities. Anthony joined Menlo in 2017.

Anthony graduated from the University of San Diego with a BBA in Finance and a minor in Political Science.

Tess Pilli has been with Menlo Equities for 24 years. Tess is responsible for day-to-day management of accounting, financial reporting and engagement with the firm’s external audit and tax consultants. Tess works closely with the senior management, accounting, asset management, and property management teams. Tess also serves as the firm’s accounting and property management database administrator. Prior to joining Menlo Equities, Tess worked at Bayview Bank (which was acquired by Washington Mutual) and Provident Funding, where she worked in their accounting group.

Tess is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a BA in Social Work.

Michael Robertson is involved in Menlo’s financial reporting and accounting activities.

Prior to joining Menlo in 2026, Michael was the controller at Lord Nelson Properties, where he oversaw all accounting operations for their portfolio of multi-family properties.

Michael earned his Management Science degree in economics from UC San Diego and completed his MS in accounting at William & Mary. He is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of California.

Dragan Saric is involved in Menlo's treasury and financial planning activities. Prior to joining Menlo in 2019, Dragan was on Fitbit’s Treasury team for three years where his responsibilities included global cash forecasting, cash management, audit compliance, and bank relationship management. Before Fitbit, Dragan served as a Treasury Implementation Advisor at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Dragan attended the University of California, Santa Cruz where he received his BA in Mathematics.

Jasmine Velazquez is involved in Menlo's accounts payable activities. Prior to joining Menlo in 2022, Jasmine worked in the Finance and Business Services department at San Jose State University and in Accounting in the non-profit sector.

Jasmine obtained a BA from San Jose State University and her MBA in 2024.

Wen Wang is involved in Menlo's financial reporting and accounting activities. Prior to joining Menlo in 2023, Wen spent a decade as an auditor working at KPMG and Moss Adams. Wen also served as an internal auditor at Simpson Strong Tie, Inc.

Wen holds a MA in Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.

Kenny Chung is involved in Menlo's financial reporting and collaborates closely with the Northern California property manager to serve the needs of tenants and vendors.

Prior to joining Menlo in 2015, Kenny worked as a Staff Accountant at The John Stewart Company, the largest affordable housing provider in California.

Kenny holds a BA in Business Management Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from University of California, Santa Cruz.

Krystal Hoang is involved in Menlo's property management activities for the Northern California, Boston, and Colorado portfolio.

Prior to joining Menlo in 2020, Krystal spent over 15 years in commercial property management at Equity Office, Maguire Properties, and CBRE among other companies; and has managed different product types including Class A office, Class B office, retail, and flex office space.

Krystal received her BA in Business Administration with a concentration in General Management from California State University, Fullerton.

Catherine Lawrence is involved in Menlo's property management activities for the Orange County, Los Angeles, and Phoenix portfolios.

Prior to joining Menlo in 2018, Catherine served as the Director of Property Management for Bixby Land Company, overseeing an office/industrial portfolio of 7.3 million square feet.

Before starting her career in commercial real estate, Catherine studied History and obtained her BA from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Grace Mai supports the property management team at Menlo through administrative support and coordination.

She has six years of accounting experience and previously worked in business development at Fletcher Jones and in administration at an architecture firm.

Grace holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach.

Melanie Matthews’ responsibilities include oversight of Menlo Equities’ portfolio operations nationally, including financial reporting and forecasting, lease and contract administration, tenant relations and construction.

Melanie has over 15 years of commercial property management experience, with previous positions at The Irvine Company and Maguire Properties. Melanie also served as General Manager for Bixby Land Company, overseeing property management operations for 3.5 million square feet of industrial and office assets throughout Southern California.

A graduate of the University of Southern California with a BS in International Business, Melanie was awarded the Dean’s Scholarship for four years. Melanie holds a California Real Estate Broker License and enjoys mentoring new professionals starting their careers in real estate.

Lynnette Muhich provides strategic leadership for the national operations of more than 6 million square feet of commercial real estate across multiple markets. Partnering closely with asset management and property management teams, she aligns operational execution with investment objectives to enhance asset performance and deliver long-term value. With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, she has led complex portfolios across a broad range of asset types.

Her expertise spans financial strategy, operational excellence, capital planning, energy efficiency initiatives, risk management, and portfolio transitions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and repositioning projects. Leveraging a background in both commercial property management and real estate accounting, Lynnette brings a strong financial perspective to budgeting, forecasting, CAM reconciliations, and performance optimization while maintaining a disciplined focus on governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Lynnette is recognized for building high-performing, collaborative teams and creating scalable operating practices that drive consistency across portfolios. She is passionate about mentoring property professionals, fostering accountability and continuous improvement, and using data-driven decision-making to strengthen operations, elevate the tenant experience, and maximize value for investors, ownership, tenants, and business partners.

Elisabeth Muñoz is involved in Menlo's office management and administration activities.

Prior to joining Menlo in 2020, Elisabeth worked at a local law firm as an Administrative Assistant.

Elisabeth graduated from San Francisco State University with a BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

Emeka Nkwo is involved in Menlo's property management activities for the Northern California portfolio.

Before joining Menlo in 2024, Emeka was a Property Manager at Premier Property Management overseeing a portfolio of 17 buildings. Emeka began his career at JLL where he was a Property Administrator and Tenant Service Coordinator.

Emeka holds an AS in Business Administration from West Valley College.

Sharis Priest oversees a national portfolio totaling more than 4 million square feet of commercial real estate. In this role, she provides leadership and strategic direction to property management teams across multiple markets, driving operational excellence, financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and asset value.

With more than 10 years of experience in commercial property management, complemented by earlier experience in residential property management, Sharis has managed diverse portfolios across multiple states. Her experience spans a broad range of asset classes, including Class A office, industrial, medical, mixed-use, and life science properties.

Sharis has extensive expertise in property operations, budgeting and financial oversight, capital planning, lease administration, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and team development. She oversees annual budgeting processes and has significant experience supporting acquisitions, dispositions, and due diligence efforts, helping ensure seamless property transitions and successful long-term asset performance. She is passionate about developing high-performing teams and implementing standardized processes that improve operational efficiency while delivering exceptional service to ownership, tenants, and business partners.

Sharis earned her BA in Political Science, graduating with honors from the University of California, Irvine.

Eva St Clair is involved in Menlo's property accounting and lease administration activities.

Prior to joining Menlo in 2014, Eva spent 10 years with TA Associates Realty in Newport Beach, CA.

Eva received her BS in Applied Business Management from BYU Idaho.

Callum Wallace is involved in Menlo's property management activities for the Southern California and Phoenix portfolio.

Prior to joining Menlo in 2022, Callum worked as an Operations Coordinator with EQ Office in their Costa Mesa office.

Callum graduated cum laude from Azusa Pacific University and holds a BS in Business Economics.

Freddy Aber oversees the financial management of the company's data center development projects. His responsibilities include project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost control, and supporting cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Prior to joining Menlo Digital, Freddy was an Accounting Manager at KB Home, where he managed accounting operations and financial reporting for residential development projects.

Freddy holds a BBA in Accounting from Iona University.

Julien Aranas is supporting day-to-day accounts payable, customer billing, vendor administration, and tenant construction reimbursement.

With over four years of experience across the fastener, construction, and golf management industries; including previous roles at Copper State Bolt & Nut and Troon Golf.

She is currently pursuing her BS in Accounting at the University of Phoenix.

Robyn Arnell Brenden is a Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Menlo Digital, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience in corporate finance, accounting, and strategic planning across the real estate, technology, and consumer sectors. She has held senior finance roles at both public and privately held companies, including three Fortune 500 organizations.

Throughout her career, Robyn has built and led high-performing teams and developed scalable financial and operational processes to support rapid growth and business transformation. She most recently served as Chief Accounting Officer at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and held prior finance leadership roles with CWT, Sprouts Farmers Market, Marriott International, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Her ability to align finance strategy with business objectives has consistently driven operational excellence and long-term value creation.

She received her BS in Finance & Accounting from the University of Arizona. Robyn serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for Valley of the Sun United Way, is a Board Member of the Arizona Women’s Leadership Forum, and sits on the Finance Committee for First Tee – Phoenix, reflecting her deep commitment to community impact and leadership development.

Lindsay Bruckal leads the planning, design, procurement, and construction of mission-critical data center development projects. With more than 15 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate and construction, Lindsay has successfully delivered over 3 million square feet of development representing more than $2 billion in project value. Her experience spans all phases of project delivery, from early planning and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.

Prior to joining Menlo Digital, Lindsay served as a Project Executive at Clayco, where she oversaw the delivery of multiple large-scale projects throughout Arizona.

Lindsay earned both her MBA and BS in Construction Management from Arizona State University.

Alexander Brundage serves as Associate where he is involved in Menlo Digital’s underwriting and analysis of acquisitions, development projects, and financings.

Prior to joining Menlo Digital in 2025, Alexander worked as a Capital Markets Associate at Cushman & Wakefield in San Francisco.

Alexander received his BS in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Vir Chahal leads power procurement, utility engagement, and supports the design and project management of Menlo Digital's data center developments. With more than 20 years of experience in the power industry, he has advised developers, utilities, and system operators on site selection, resource planning, renewable integration, and transmission strategy.

Prior to Menlo Digital, Vir held leadership roles at BRG, Guidehouse, and GE.

He earned engineering degrees from Tufts University and Stony Brook University.

Elizabeth Chan serves as Associate, Development & Construction at Menlo Digital where she is responsible for supporting all aspects of data center development, including site evaluation, financial analysis, and project execution.

Prior to joining Menlo Digital, she spent two years at Prologis in San Francisco as an Investment Analyst, where she underwrote industrial land and building acquisitions and contributed to the development of owned assets.

Elizabeth received her BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine.

Renee Chavez is involved in Menlo's financial reporting and accounting activities.

Prior to joining Menlo, Renee worked at KB Home as a Senior Cost Accountant, where she spent over two and a half years supporting construction accounting, cost reporting, and financial operations.

Renee earned a BS in Accountancy from Arizona State University in 2023.

Chris Coleman leads Menlo Digital's customer engagement, marketing, and leasing efforts.

He has over 30 years of experience in the digital infrastructure sector spanning global enterprise development, hyperscale growth, and AI-driven innovation, and. Prior to joining Menlo Digital, Chris was a Vice President at Digital Realty (NYSE: DLR) responsible for hyperscale projects and revenue for global accounts in the Americas region. Over 14 years at Digital Realty, he held progressive leadership and strategic sales roles. Earlier in his career, Chris held leadership positions at SunGard Availability Services and American Power Conversion (now Schneider Electric). Over his career, Chris has successfully negotiated contracts representing nearly 1 GW of data center capacity.

Chris holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Cristal Deloney oversees the accounting and financial reporting for the company's operating assets and general partner entities. Her responsibilities include property and corporate accounting, financial controls, and supporting the company's broader accounting operations.

She brings nearly a decade of accounting experience across real estate investment portfolios and precision manufacturing.

She graduated with honors from Arizona State University with a bachelor's degree in business and holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Arizona.

Jonothan "Jono" Fehling leads technical solution design, client engagement, and pre- and post-sales support. With more than 15 years of experience in hyperscale data centers, he has held leadership roles at Equinix and Amazon Web Services, helping customers develop and deploy global infrastructure solutions.

Jono earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Seattle Pacific University.

Andrew Hoyt supports Menlo Digital's OFCI Procurement process.

Prior to joining Menlo Digital, Andrew worked for Northrop Grumman, where he managed supplier research and discovery, global sourcing initiatives, and procurement activities supporting U.S. defense systems.

Andrew holds BS degrees in Supply Chain Management and Entrepreneurship & Emerging Enterprises from Syracuse University. He is also an ASCM Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).

Risa Itow supports underwriting and financial analysis for acquisitions, development projects, and financing activities.

Prior to joining Menlo Digital, she worked in acquisitions and asset management at Bailard Real Estate Fund and began her career with JLL Capital Markets.

Risa earned a BS in Real Estate and Development from the University of California, San Diego.

Dayne Jagga is involved in acquisitions and asset management for Menlo Digital’s data center platform. He is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, leading due diligence efforts, supporting capital markets activities, and managing development pipelines across key markets.

Prior to joining Menlo Digital, Dayne served as a Director on CBRE's Data Center Capital Markets team, where he advised investors on the acquisition and disposition of data center investment properties across North America.

Dayne graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a BS in Finance and Accounting.

Adam Janota leads Menlo Digital's interconnection and colocation strategy. With more than 30 years of experience in digital infrastructure, he has held leadership positions at Equinix and Global Cloud Xchange, focusing on business development, global networks, and strategic partnerships.

Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University.

Allison Koo serves as Senior Vice President, Development and Construction at Menlo Digital, where she is responsible for the entitlement, power procurement, design, and construction activities for all data center development projects.

Allison has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, where she has completed over 1.5 million square feet of development projects and currently manages a data center development portfolio of ~1 GW. Prior to joining Menlo Equities, Menlo Digital’s parent company, Allison was a Managing Director at Sand Hill Property Company overseeing multiple development projects across the San Francisco Bay Area.

Allison is a trustee of Castilleja School in Palo Alto, CA and serves as head of the Buildings & Grounds Committee.

Allison received her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and her BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Joel Krause oversees Menlo Digital's Strategic Finance and Capital Markets function, with responsibilities that include lender and investor due diligence, financial forecasting and reporting, and coordination across the underwriting, financing, and capital markets process supporting the company's data center development platform.

Prior to joining Menlo Digital, Joel spent 10 years at CBRE, where he built and led a global finance organization. His experience spans strategic finance, financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, capital planning, and finance operations.

Joel holds an MBA from Southeast Missouri State University and an MA in International Business and Economics.

Derek Legeza is involved in Menlo Digital's financial reporting and accounting activities.

Prior to joining Menlo Digital in 2026, Derek worked at Mark-Taylor Residential as a Senior Portfolio Accountant. Before his time at Mark-Taylor Residential, Derek worked at Alliance Residential as a Staff Accountant.

Derek is a graduate of Pacific University with a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.

Josh Mitchell oversees Menlo Digital's financial management and reporting functions. He brings more than 15 years of accounting and finance experience supporting commercial and residential real estate development. Josh specializes in development and investment accounting and financial reporting.

He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Idaho.

Robert "Bobby" Moorhead supports the delivery of Menlo Digital's hyperscale projects, serving as the primary customer-facing project lead from near lease execution through construction delivery and successful handover.

Prior to joining Menlo Digital, Bobby held engineering and leadership roles at Dominion Energy, Amazon Web Services, and Iron Mountain. Most recently, he led North American hyperscale delivery for Iron Mountain.

Bobby received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and his MS in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.

Kim Parker serves as Executive Assistant and Office Operations Lead for Menlo Digital, where she supports leadership and oversees a wide range of administrative and operational initiatives. Her responsibilities include executive support, office operations, recruiting coordination, onboarding, vendor management, event planning, and cross-functional project coordination.

Maxwell Pearson is involved in acquisitions and asset management for Menlo Digital’s data center development platform. He is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, leading due diligence efforts, supporting capital markets activities, and managing development pipelines across key markets.

Prior to joining Menlo Equities, the parent company of Menlo Digital, Max worked for LaSalle Investment Management, where he supported portfolio strategy and asset management for a range of institutional real estate holdings.

He serves on the General Plan Update Committee for the City of Newport Beach.

Max graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Real Estate Development.

Alex supports the underwriting and analysis of acquisitions and development opportunities.

Alex holds a BA in Economics from Bowdoin College.

Monica Thompkins brings more than 26 years of accounting and finance experience, specializing in accounts payable, vendor management, and financial operations. She has led process improvements, financial controls, and automation initiatives for global organizations.

Monica is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Grand Canyon University.

Alex Vega supports Menlo Digital's accounting and financial reporting functions. He brings over three years of public accounting experience across diverse industries, including consumer products, automotive, and construction. Prior to Menlo Digital, Alex specialized in financial statement audits, internal controls, and risk assessment at Deloitte and Eide Bailly.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton.

Su Wai oversees construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. She brings more than 15 years of experience managing data center, healthcare, and heavy civil projects for clients including Equinix, Digital Realty, and QTS.

Su holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in Civil Engineering.

Oliver Yang brings more than 13 years of experience in data center development, construction management, and mechanical engineering. He has led large-scale projects from design through commissioning, including a $400 million data center development.

Prior to Menlo Digital, Oliver was a Senior Project Manager at Turner & Townsend.

He holds a Master of Science in Building Science from the University of Southern California and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
