Developed a 233,958 SF office technology campus built in two phases. The project included two 3-story buildings and one 2-story building. The 2-story building, 11020 Via Frontera, was sold in December 2012. One of the 3-story buildings, 16340 West Bernardo Drive, was sold in November 2013. The other 3-story building, 16370 West Bernardo Drive, remains part of the Menlo portfolio.
