One Compass Center, 3150 South 48th Street
One Compass Center was acquired in July 2018. It is a four-story, Class-A office building in Phoenix, Arizona, totaling 136,194 square feet. At acquisition, the building was 98% leased to two investment grade rated tenants. The anchor tenant, Synchrony Financial, occupied 94% of the space and General Electric leased 4% of the building.
