In June 2002, Menlo Equities acquired an office campus containing approximately 199,458 square feet in two 4-story office buildings located on approximately 6.25 acres. The buildings were constructed in 1986, with a 35,000-square-foot, two-story addition added to one of the buildings in 1993. The buildings are Class-A, steel-frame structures that incorporate a pre-cast concrete and glass exterior skin.
