Barber Lane Associates LP, wholly owned by Menlo and affiliates, was formed in February 1996 to own and operate a 102,000-square-foot R&D and 134,334-square-foot light industrial complex in the Oak Creek Business Park, a master-planned park. In October 1997, the partnership sold the 102,000-square-foot R&D building. The partnership sold the 134,344-square-foot R&D building as well, and on the remaining adjacent 3.4-acre parcel at 1590 Buckeye Drive, it developed a new 52,703-square-foot single-story office building.
