Mathilda Associates II LLC, a venture formed in December 2000 between Menlo Equities and Beacon Capital Inc., acquired a 6.6-acre site adjacent to the existing two Juniper Networks buildings. Menlo coordinated the design and rezoning of the property. A 158,075-square-foot build-to-suit for Juniper Networks was developed. Juniper occupied this third Mathilda Avenue building.
