Mr. Sanford is responsible for the underwriting and analysis of new acquisitions, developments, and financings. Prior to joining Menlo Equities, Mr. Sanford worked for North Dam Mill, a development group focusing on historic rehabilitation projects. Mr. Sanford holds a BA in Economics and a BS in Mathematics from Claremont McKenna College.
