Mr. Sargenti is responsible for financial analysis relating to new acquisitions, financings, and the firm’s existing portfolio. Prior to joining Menlo Equities, Mr. Sargenti worked in the equity research group at Credit Suisse where he focused on real estate investment trusts (REITs). Mr. Sargenti holds a BA in History and a Master of City and Regional Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
