Ms. Bernard-James joined the organization in 2000 to open the Menlo Equities San Diego regional office. Her responsibilities include management, oversight, and administration for over 2 million square feet of office and industrial properties in San Diego and Orange counties. She also works closely with third-party clients to ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly reporting requirements.
Ms. Bernard-James has nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience in all phases of commercial property operations and management, including property management, tenant relations, leasing, accounting, and construction. Along with her experience in management of office buildings and industrial portfolios, Ms. Bernard-James served as Assistant General Manager for a large regional mall owned by Trizec-Hahn.
