Menlo Equities has acquired or developed over 80 properties for a total cost of $1.38 billion. Since our founding, Menlo Equities has developed and built over 3 million square feet of high-profile office, R&D, and engineering commercial real estate. Notable recent projects include an 83,000‑square‑foot build-to-suit for Broadcom Corporation in the Rancho Bernardo area of San Diego; a 166,000‑square‑foot office building in Sunnyvale; and a 42,000‑square‑foot office and residential building in downtown Palo Alto. Additionally, Menlo Equities completed the leasing and renovation of approximately 400,000 square feet of office space in Silicon Valley in the past two years. Our portfolio is substantially leased.
