The Property is on 10.0 acres of land and is adjacent to Koll Center Irvine, one of the most prestigious office addresses in Orange County. Parts of the Property were renovated during 2000/2001. The Property is comprised of four single-story buildings constructed in 1977 and one single-story building constructed in 1967.
