Barber Lane Associates L.P. was formed in February 1996 and is wholly owned by Menlo and affiliates to own and operate a 102,000 square foot R&D and 134,334 square foot light industrial complex in the Oak Creek Business Park, a masterplanned park inMilpitas, California. In October 1997, the partnership sold the 102,000 square foot R&D building. The Partnership sold the 134,344 square foot R&D building as well, and on the remaining adjacent 3.4 acre parcel developed an additional 52,703 square foot single-story office building.
