MENLO EQUITIES’ commercial property management team provides asset, property, construction and facility management services for over 2.2 million square feet in Northern and Southern California. Our managed real estate portfolio reflects the diversification of Menlo Equities’ markets and products, which includes office buildings, corporate facilities, high technology research and development facilities, business parks and industrial and manufacturing facilities. Menlo professionals have over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate operation and management.

Our management portfolio includes properties owned by Menlo Equities and affiliates as well as major third party clients.
