Tall Tree Partners I LLC was formed in June 2000 to acquire five parcels. The properties were re-entitled to allow for the development of two townhomes and approximately 34,000 square feet of prime office space. The development included the historic preservation and rehabilitation of the Cardinal French Laundry and the nearby AME Zion Church at 819 Ramona Street. The two residential units were sold in 2010.
