Mathilda Associates LLC was formed in September 1998 to acquire a 12.25-acre parcel in the Moffett Park area of Sunnyvale. The property was rezoned from 35 percent to 50 percent coverage by Menlo, allowing two 4-story, steel-frame buildings of 266,750 square feet to be constructed. The property was leased to Juniper Networks and sold in May 2004.
