Corporate Technology Centre Associates LLC was formed by Menlo Equities and affiliates with iStar Financial Inc. (50/50) to acquire a 33-acre parcel of land in North San Jose in March 1998. The site has one-half mile of frontage along State Route 237 between Zanker Road and North First Street. The 604,870‑square‑foot, eight-building project was developed and leased by Menlo in two phases in 1999 and 2000.
