Augustine Partners II LLC, wholly owned by Menlo and affiliates, was formed in January 1999 to acquire a 56,606‑square‑foot office/engineering building on 4.535 acres of land. Menlo subsequently re-parcelized the land to accommodate the development of an additional 40,230‑square‑foot building, which was leased to Cable & Wireless for 15 years.
