Avenue of Science Partners LLC was formed in March 2000 to acquire the Avenue of Science Center, an 111,680‑square‑foot office/technology park on 7.38 acres in the Carmel Mountain Ranch area. The property comprises three free-standing buildings in a campus setting and will accommodate a variety of tenant layouts and uses. Carmel Mountain Ranch provides excellent access to Interstate 15 and State Route 56, which provides commercial access to the key executive coastal communities of Torrey Pines, Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, and La Jolla.
