Irvine Technology Partners II LLC was formed in February 2000 to acquire Phase II of Irvine Technology Center. This phase is a 113,363‑square‑foot office/R&D park at the corner of Campus Drive and Jamboree Road, adjacent to the 135,683‑square‑foot property owned by Irvine Technology Partners I LLC. Irvine Technology Center II consists of six single-story buildings on 8.84 acres. Four buildings were constructed in 1972 and two were constructed in 1980.
