 Lyn Barshay, Vice President, Property Management
Ms. Barshay has worked in Property Management with Mr. Webber for over 17 years and joined MENLO EQUITIES along with Mr. Webber, in 1997. Ms. Barshay’s responsibilities at MemCo include detailed financial accounting of the properties in the Menlo portfolio, working with the Menlo accounting department, supervising the day to day management issues and tenant issues, property inspections, lease documentation and control.
Prior to joining MemCo, Ms. Barshay was Property Manager for the Asset Management Division of CPS Realty Group. There she was responsible for all aspects of financial, analytical and tax compliance for corporate and institutional clients. She guided the accounting staff and supervised monthly financial reporting as well as property valuation analysis and lender compliance issues. Ms. Barshay coordinated client and lender audits, cash flow projections and due diligence information. Ms. Barshay received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin. She holds a California Real Estate Brokers License and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. She has also worked for DiNapoli Development and has extensive computer enhancement experience.
