Kelley Bernard-James, Senior Property Manager
Ms. Bernard-James joined the organization in 2000 to open MENLO EQUITIES’ San Diego Regional office. Her responsibilities include management oversight and administration for approximately 1,000,000 square feet of office and industrial properties in San Diego and Orange counties. She also works closely with third-party clients to ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly reporting requirements.

Ms. Bernard-James has over 16 years of commercial real estate experience in all phases of commercial property operations and management, including property management, tenant relations, leasing, accounting and construction. Along with her experience in management of office buildings, industrial portfolios, Ms. Bernard-James served as Assistant General Manager for a large regional mall owned by Trizec-Hahn. She is a member of IREM and holds the designation of Certified Property Manager candidate.
