Chad Iverson, Senior Vice President
Mr. Iverson is responsible for the Southern California operations of MENLO EQUITIES, including property acquisitions, financings, asset management and dispositions. Mr. Iverson works closely with the firm principals in all aspects of growing and managing the Southern California portfolio.

Prior to joining MENLO EQUITIES, Mr. Iverson was with AEW Capital Management in Los Angeles, where he was involved in analyzing, structuring and closing high-yield investments in real estate, equity securities and operating companies with an aggregate value over $2 billion. Mr. Iverson received his BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and is a member of the Advisory Board of Streamload.com, an on-line digital media storage service.
